Job Description

Daily onsite project labor, carpentry, concrete install/finishing, equipment operator, site layout/elevations, procure materials, site demolition, site installation, site organization, daily site cleanup, sheetrock installation, mud, tape, paint, operate company vehicles, the ability to oversee and work on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel
• Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures
• Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards for all sites Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and others
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is required
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety rules
• Base Access with FBI background check.

• 
  Self motivated and a willingness to work hard to get the project done in a timely fashion.
