Winona Community Warming Center (WCWC) Operations Coordinator Job at Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota
Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota seeks a part-time, seasonal position as the Winona Community Warming Center (WCWC) Operations Coordinator in its Winona MN office. The Coordinator is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the WCWC; responsible to recruit, train and supervise Shelter Advocates.
Requires a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in a social services field preferred. Experience working with volunteers and supervising staff desired. Must have ability to work with all cultures and types of people. Must demonstrate maturity, flexibility, creativity, initiative, organizational skills, the ability to work effectively with others, and the ability to think systemically. Good written and oral communication skills as well as being able to problem solve and work independently are required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Some evening work may be required.
