We are currently seeking a Wellness Consultant to work remotely. This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Position Summary:

The Wellness Consultant helps bring our vision to life by working to differentiate AllOne Health as a wellness provider that values holistic health first, help create new products and services at workplaces and expands our customer base across the United States. This individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, initiative, and leadership on all levels.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with new sales, wellness consulting and proposals for increased business growth
• Provide ongoing wellness consulting and service implementation for current and new wellness accounts
• Deliver world-class presentations to both employees and employer groups
• Create new products and services that keep our wellness programs fun, effective and engaging to multiple industries and regions across the United States
• Assist with telephonic & video health coaching for key wellness accounts
• Assist with filming and creating content for wellness video projects
• Provide oversight for Year of Wellness webinars, organizational service reports, platform administration and program evaluations for all current accounts
• Facilitate behavior change courses on weight loss, physical activity, self-care and nutrition
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, Marketing/Sales, Corporate Wellness or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in corporate wellness
• Preferred certified health coach, with a program that is approved by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (Wellcoaches, Coaching Catalyst Institute, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for content development and teaching presentations in person and virtually
• Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50Mbps and 10Mbps upload stream.
• Strong sales and consulting skills preferred, specifically with corporate customers
• Must be highly passionate about wellness, behavior change and people
• Must be physically active and lead a lifestyle that inspires by example
• Strong desire to grow our wellness customer base, take initiative and be thoughtfully creative on a daily basis
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and within the leadership team
• Must have excellent time management skills
