Welder / Repair Technician Job at Marsh Industrial Services
Marsh Industrial, Kalkaska, MI has an opening for a Welder/Repair Technician.
We are looking for an energetic, dependable, long term employee. Must be good with hands, ready to work, and willing to learn.
This is a 40 hour per week full time position with overtime opportunities after successful training.
The successful applicant must:
- Be able to Mig. or Arc weld
- Use acetylene torch and plasma cutter
- Be able to read blueprints
- Consistently follow proper work and safety procedures
- Have a strong job focus and work ethic
- Have an excellent attendance record
- Have attention for detail
- Team player
Wages, $18 - $23 per hour depending on experience level including possible relocation expenses.
In return, we offer effective training, 3 company paid holidays per year,4 paid personal days per year, paid vacations, health insurance, (60% employer / 40% employee), and IRA match. Health insurance available after 60 days with all other benefits available after 90 day probationary period as per our employee handbook.
