Welder Job at Wisco Industries, Inc.
Wisco Industries, a metal stamping and fabricator and manufacturer of food service equipment located in Oregon, WI is seeking a Welder to join our team.
- Position requires working knowledge of mig welding, tig welding, arc welding, and acetylene/gas torches. Must be familiar with the proper use of helmets, goggles and other related safety equipment and procedures.
- Must be familiar with different metals, be able to recognize different gauges and alloys and welding procedures used with each.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring instruments and be able to use grinders/sanders and various hand tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, be able to twist, bend, reach, push or pull and stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to effectively interact with other departmental personnel, and work alone and in a team setting.
- Technical school training and/or appropriate prior welding experience.
Work shift is 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
