As a Warranty Administrator at United Rentals, you will process and resolve branch warranty claims. You will also manage product complaints including branch/manufacturer communications.

Additional duties include the following:
Field branch & manufacturer requests and questions
Organize and review work orders to determine warranty claim eligibility
File claims manually and on-line with manufacturers on a daily basis
Perform claim maintenance in Rental Man recording claims sent to manufacturers
Process and track warranty claims until resolution has been recorded
Communicate as needed with branches and suppliers to facilitate the reimbursement of the warranty claims or re-filing if necessary
Record credit memos and/or denials in claim maintenance for all warranty claims
Attend and prepare manufacturer information for supplier meetings as needed
Research and record status of claims for monthly claim aging & controller spreadsheets for follow up and resolution of outstanding claims
Create manufacturer informational sheets for intranet posting
Conduct and participate in warranty WebEx classes
Other duties assigned as needed
Job Requirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in a corporate environment
Ability to communicate effectively with personnel in the organization
Strong problem solving, communication and computer skills
Strong knowledge of all models of equipment and all changes on the various models from each manufacturer
