Warranty Admin Job Summary: We are looking for a Warranty Admin to join our team! The right candidate will have automotive experience and a strong background in customer service. The Automotive Warranty Administrator is responsible for all functions involved with successfully processing warranty claims.

Warranty Admin Responsibilities
- Prepares, submits, and follows up on warranty claims
- Processes all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required by factory or distributor
- Keeps abreast of all factory recalls and announcements
- Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmits all rejected claims promptly
- Assists with body shop warranty claims and follows up on outstanding claims • Reconciles all warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain payments
- Keeps track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed
- Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor
Title Admin Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience preferred
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
