Warehouse Team Lead - Bulk Department

2nd Shift, 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends.

Pay based on experience + additional $2.25 per hour for shift differential. Paid weekly.

Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinates warehouse Bulk Team operations. Provides regular feedback communication to associates with Bulk Team manager.
• Oversees nightly Bulk Team operations by maintaining a clean and safe environment while being compliant with OSHA and Company Safety Guidelines.
• Helps enforce goals, supports team projects to ensure operational strategies are focused on and executed.
• Coaches associates to help improve performance.
• Interacts daily with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Assists the Bulk Team manager to manage people, processes, budgets, performance management, compliance activities, and associate development as required by the job.
• Understands and demonstrates Essendant's Core Values.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of job-related experience required.
