Summary

We are seeking (2) Warehouse Supervisors for 1st and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidate with be responsible for ensuring that the proper commodities are shipped on time to support the customer’s production schedule.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience required
• Adhere to departmental and organizational policies, procedures and requirements
• Ensure and promote the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred

Responsibilities

• Train, motivate and oversee staff using excellent communication skills
• Monitor the production schedule to ensure that deadlines will be met
• Ensure proper commodities are shipped on time to support the facilities production
• Effectively allocate resources (manpower/equipment) with consideration for the immediate impact on financial performance
• Develop and coordinate special tasks for operational improvement
• Monitor quantity of material at facility and make critical decisions to ensure the facility has sufficient material in JIT environment
• Train hourly staff to specific work instruction, cross train to effectively cover all positions
• Perform other duties as required
