Position Overview:
The Memphis PDC is 300,000 sq feet it serves our regional dealers with stock and emergency orders as well as late night orders from across the entire dealer network due to our proximity to the Fedex World Hub in Memphis, TN.
The shifts could be between the operating hours of 10am-11:00pm, Monday - Saturday.

Warehouse Supervisor at our Memphis Parts Distribution Center (PDC) located in Olive Branch, MS.
The Memphis PDC is 300,000 sq feet it serves our regional dealers with stock and emergency orders as well as late night orders from across the entire dealer network due to our proximity to the Fedex World Hub in Memphis, TN.
The shifts could be between the operating hours of 10am-11:00pm, Monday - Saturday.
- Supervisory responsibility of up to 25 hourly employees
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Provides leadership within the warehouse operations team to help drive overall metric performance and meet customer expectations
- Safeguards warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures and protocols
- Leads warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- May assist in additional leadership responsibilities such as being responsible for training, safety coordinator duties, slotting on the products in the warehouse or coordinating inbound and outbound transportation activities
- Drive continuous improvement on the floor and ensure we are achieving our metric goals
- You may be required to assist team to achieve our daily goals
- This position being able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, and includes stooping, walking and standing for long periods of time
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience
OR
- Master’s degree
- At least 1 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience
OR
- At least 5 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience

Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
- Distribution Center supervisory experience highly desired with In-depth knowledge of warehousing principles and practices
- Strong sense of urgency, ability to think and act proactively
- Ability to confront and resolve conflict within corporate values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (listening/verbal/written) to motivate team members
- Ability to identify and facilitate change to improve Distribution Center performance
- Ability to plan and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Prior experience managing processes in a high-volume environment
