Position Summary:
A shipper processes out boxes through the shipping stations by scanning the outbox label, printing and affixing shipping labels, and logging carrier tracking numbers.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is:
Safety:
A shipper processes out boxes through the shipping stations by scanning the outbox label, printing and affixing shipping labels, and logging carrier tracking numbers.
Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Physically locate and pick each invoice for ship or destroy out of the database and the facility.

Individually scan each box out of the database to maintain inventory control.

Properly package each box for accurate disposition, correct labeling, and secure delivery.

Clocking in at the appropriate location and at the correct time
-
Overtime as scheduled
-
Follow all safety and security rules
-
Keeps work area clean and organized
-
Other duties and tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Excel, Microsoft Word, Fed Ex System, Informix
-
Ability to successfully multi-task, works efficiently, and meets deadlines in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-
Bi-Lingual English and Spanish preferred.
