Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for general production work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art fresh cut produce facility, including cutting, packing, and assembling many types of fresh produce.

Job Requirements – Ability to:
- The physical demands listed below are characteristic of those that must be met in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable an individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Adhere to all rules of safety and regulatory compliance including (USDA, QTV, FDA, OSHA, SQF, etc.)
- Ensure quality standards are being met throughout entire process
- Ability to cut fresh produce by hand using knives or other hand tools.
- Pack and assemble fresh cut produce.
- Walk, stand, balance, push, pull, reach and be able to lift up to 25lbs. on a regular basis.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Move and grasp items with both hands; hear and see well.
- Work in a cold environment with temperatures that range from 35 to 38 degrees.
- Follow uniform policies related to working in a food production facility.
- Wear steel/composite/aluminum toe, slip resistant safety shoes/boots.
- Must be able to work around cleaning chemicals - for example chlorine and sanitizer. Must be able to work in an environment with ammonia.
