Repsol has a position for a Warehouse Materials Coordinator supporting operations in Three Rivers, Texas (NOT Three Rivers, Michigan). This position is responsible for the oversight of the Warehouse Support function in Tilden, Texas, for the Eagle Ford business unit, including the direct oversight of warehouse analyst contractors.
Functions & Responsibilities
- Provide warehouse support for the Eagle Ford business unit in Tilden, TX, including overseeing of onsite warehouse analyst contractors
- Ensure warehouse operations uphold Repsol’s safety and environmental standards:
- Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in a safe, effective manner in accordance with company policies and legislated regulations
- Support development of HSE and corrective plans related to materials management
Warehouse Duties, include but not limited to:

Manage the movement of stocked materials, consumables, and inventory items (both physical and virtual)

Physical inventory management, including:
- Upholding procedures for incoming and outgoing materials, critical spares and consumables both during operating hours and outside of operating hours
- Making sure adequate critical spare stock levels are maintained within the warehouse
- Ensuring all materials are securely kept in proper condition without degradation due to the elements
- Routine stock counts and maintaining/re-balancing within SAP to ensure SAP inventory is accurately represented
- Physical loading and unloading of equipment for customers
- Processing of purchase orders, goods receipts and goods issuances of stocked material needed, entering and leaving warehouse
- Evaluation of useable vs not useable materials and forming surplus inventory plans
- Virtual inventory management includes
- Processing of good receipts and goods issuances of virtual material maintained through the inventory modules of SAP to ensure SAP inventory is accurately represented
- Liaise with MRO vendor to ensure timely deliveries of stocked parts and consumables, and to address any vendor concerns pertaining to
- Maintain appropriate set of KPIs to measure performance of the warehouse and suggest ways for continuous improvement in maintaining the warehouse service to the Eagle Ford Business Unit
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any US employer without the need for sponsorship
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 5 years Oil & Gas industry experience
- Minimum 2 years logistics, planning or other relevant experience
- Able to properly ID oilfield parts
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries
- Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
Preferred
- Associates Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
