Warehouse Lead Job at Ingredion
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse inventory levels, reporting and FIFO
- Order packaging materials as necessary to maintain a proper inventory
- Participate in customer complain investigations
- Ship and receive materials via FedEx, UPS or any other parcel delivery service and distribute to appropriate department
- Manage all inbound and outbound loads
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Minimum requirement), Associates degree preferred
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
- Must be willing to learn and/or able to operate a forklift
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs., climb ladders and work at heights
- Able to work in cold and hot environments for extended periods of time
- Proficient in inventory management control systems, experience with SAP is preferred
- Good decision-making ability
- Must be able to work safely and effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to learn new tasks and assignments and willing to maintain flexibility and support change
- Strong orientation to detail and communication skills
- Must be highly motivated and require minimal supervision to successfully perform job duties
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.73 per hour
