Warehouse Coordinator Job at Interface Systems
- Ensure parts orders sourced from 3rd party warehouses are completed on time and correctly, based on information received from service & sales & field technicians
- Receive inbound shipments; ensures department specific shipments are delivered to appropriate recipients
- Complete outbound shipments from onsite warehouse
- Assist with company-wide shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
- Ensure clean, tidy and safe work environment including organization of warehouse
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and ERP systems
- Previous experience with basic accounting functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality of work, and customer service
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks/responsibilities under pressure
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with others and contribute to a positive team/work environment
- Strong organizational skills
This position is required to work at the company’s home office Plano, TX during the company’s general business hours of 9 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday. Break periods and a lunch period are provided. This position may be required to perform work duties in addition to the above business hours, depending on workload and deadlines.
