Onin Staffing is currently hiring for Warehouse Clerks for the east side, airport area, and Socorro. We have vacancies for first, second, and third shift.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Constantly monitor and address customer service email requests
- Tracking and tracing shipments
- Generate consolidation reports when required and provide shipments information to customer service team and customers
- Send all necessary shipments documentation
- Schedule daily pickups with carriers
- Properly file all shipments documents
- Audit shipment quality
- Data entry
- Work with BOL's and shipping labels/system (FedEx & UPS)
Work Experience
- 1-2 years warehouse clerk experience preferred but not required
- Office, clerical, data entry experience required
- Knowledge on preparing shipping documentation such BOLs, shipments manifests and packing slips preferred but not required
- Following written and verbal instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to communicate verbally and written/email with customer service representatives
- Ability to multi-task and handle numerous details simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Computer skills: Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be fully bilingual(English& Spanish)
