Job Title: Fulfillment Staff FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Department: Fulfillment Reports to: Fulfillment Supervisor

Position Summary: The Fulfillment Staff is responsible to pick and pack daily Fulfillment orders in a timely and safe manner within acceptable levels of accuracy.

Backup Coverage:

• The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for arranging coverage for the Staff

General Essentials Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned as required)

• Pick and Pack Fulfillment orders per client
• Performs job in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follows OSHA and Pointsmith Safety Guidelines
• Keeps work area neat and clean
• Assists in other departments as needed
• Work Pallet Jack
• Performs any other duties assigned by Fulfillment Supervisor.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Efforts and Skills:

• Good command of English language
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions
• Math, communication, training, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work 40+ hours and weekends when necessary
• Regular and predictable attendance
• With or without an accommodation, must be able to lift and handle up to 40 lbs. while pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting and twisting; must be able to stand continually with frequent bending climbing and squatting
