About the role:

We're hiring a Finance Manager who will be working closely with the senior leadership team and financial partners, including investors and lenders, to ensure the most efficient capitalization of Oishii's rapid growth.

What you'll do:

• Manage all aspects of debt, equity, and leasing partner relationships and reporting requirements
• Prepare, manage, and update all financial models and documentation and support senior leadership fundraising efforts
• Coordinate closely with senior management to identify capital partners and financial structures
• Conduct financial modeling and maintain updated financial models
• Collaborate closely with farm development and engineering teams to support equipment and utility purchasing agreements
• Support real estate leasing activities and modeling
• Ensure all financial accounts are managed and updated in accordance with investor requirements and government regulations

Who you are:

• Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field (corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, private equity)
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring debt and equity capital and negotiating strong deal terms
• Capable of working closely with senior executive team and external partners
• Expert in financial modeling and have strong presentation skills
• Experience managing teams in fast paced environments
• Extremely results oriented
