You Will
- Produce high-volume, high-quality food for VIP Clients and Professional sports teams.
- Various cooking duties including hot & cold food production.
- Maintain HACCAP procedures, sanitary regulations, etc.
- Maintain a safe work environment to help with preventing accidents to self and coworkers.
You Have
- 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume food service with at least 1 year experience/exposure to menu research and development.
- A reliable, quality-conscious, safe worker.
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced hot & cold kitchens.
- Able to produce beautiful platters of cold food such as charcuterie boards, salads, sandwiches.
- Culinary knowledge of terms, procedures, and practices.
- Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a team.
- HACCP knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and self-organized
- Ability to deal with a heavy workload.
- Ability to accurately monitor wastage.
- Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays).
