You Will

• Produce high-volume, high-quality food for VIP Clients and Professional sports teams.
• Various cooking duties including hot & cold food production.
• Maintain HACCAP procedures, sanitary regulations, etc.
• Maintain a safe work environment to help with preventing accidents to self and coworkers.

You Have

• 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume food service with at least 1 year experience/exposure to menu research and development.
• A reliable, quality-conscious, safe worker.
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced hot & cold kitchens.
• Able to produce beautiful platters of cold food such as charcuterie boards, salads, sandwiches.
• Culinary knowledge of terms, procedures, and practices.
• Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a team.
• HACCP knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-organized
• Ability to deal with a heavy workload.
• Ability to accurately monitor wastage.
• Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays).
