Function:
The Vice President Production provides executive level leadership to the Production efforts at Clearwing. This person has complete P&L responsibility for the Production division across all locations. They will work closely with the VP Sales and their sales team to make sure they can operationally deliver the opportunities that the sales team serves up. This person must take an intentional, proactive and measured approach to setting up and redefining processes that will deliver amazing entertainment experiences. This person will act in alignment with our core values; committed, resilient, selfless, and transparent. This position will report directly to the CEO and be a member of the Executive team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proven leadership experience managing and leading a team to meet key financial and operational targets.
  • Responsible for participating in strategic planning as a member of the Executive Team.
  • Ability to collaborate with other leaders to promote consistency across locations.
  • Build and develop a team of next level leaders with various levels of leadership experience. Proven ability to mentor, coach, support, and grow our next level leaders.
  • Put KPM’s and metrics in place for each area and individuals that are aligned with company targets. Measure progress against those metrics at least quarterly.
  • Proactively drive positive employee relationships alongside other members of the Executive and next level leadership, most notably the Director of Human Resources.
  • Strong business acumen with sound and decisive judgement.
  • Ability to identify areas of inefficiency and enact process changes to drive the organization to become more proactive and efficient.
  • Communicate regularly with the CEO on progress and obstacles.
  • Represent the Clearwing Group at certain industry events, local events, job fairs, tradeshows, etc.
  • Responsible for culture, career development, communication, etc.
  • Key position responsible for promoting engagement.
  • Performs other related duties or projects as required and assigned.
  • Able to work collaboratively and consistently with other Clearwing locations.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
  • 10 plus years of business experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Experience is ideally in this industry or closely related to this industry.
  • Working knowledge of lean principles preferred.
  • Formal leadership education preferred. Blend of education and applicable experience accepted.

  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office suite.

Work Environment:

  • Required to be in-office 5 days a week
  • Require to stand, walk, sit, and use hands/fingers
  • Some lifting of objects required.
  • Reaching, grasping, and carrying activities.
  • Occasional outside/warehouse activities subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations.
  • Up to 20% travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
