Millennium Power Services is hiring Valve Technician. Our team of experienced valve technicians travel the United States servicing a variety of power plants and paper mills handling any and all valve repair and testing needs.
Position Summary
The Valve Repair Field Technician will be responsible for disassembling, reassembling, inspecting, testing, and repairing a multitude of valves including (but not limited to); control valves, gate valves, and safety valves at contracted power generating facilities and paper mills.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
National travel is required
- Knowledge and understanding of safety practices and procedures working in power plants and paper mills
- Demonstrated proficiency working in this industry diagnosing and repairing valves on and offsite is needed!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
