H&M is also a founding member of the ET&D Partnership, a collaborative industry partnership working to reduce fatalities, injuries, and illnesses in the construction industry is currently recruiting for a Utility Locator for our Telecom project operating out of Lakewood, CO.

Major Job Elements

• Liasion between Henkels and the utility owners in the area.
• Single point of contact to manage, clear, locate, and close CO811 tickets via BOSS811 app.
• Avoiding damage to existing underground facilities.
• Maintaining a constant focus on operating in a safe working environment.
• Ideal qualifying locators will have knowledge and experience with locating equipment.
• Verify all underground mark outs and utilities.
• Work closely with drill General Forman to identify mismarked and unmarked utilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with establishing and maintaining rapport with utility owners.
• Have a working knowledge of underground construction.
• Experience with Ditch Witch Sub-Site Tracker, RD8100 or equal trackers.
• Valid driver’s license
• This position requires significant time doing manual labor functions, walking on uneven ground, working in tight spaces and in general, being overall physically demanding.
• Must perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• All applicants must follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Must successfully operate the equipment to the satisfaction of the construction supervision.
• Must pass a customer required background check.
• Able to work up to 6 day a week in an all -weather environment and willing to travel.
• All applicants must speak the English language fluently and clearly to communicate with the team.
