Redwood Strategy Group, Inc. (RSG) has an exciting opportunity for an ERP Functional SME to join our team supporting the Army Service Component Command of the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Transportation Financial Management System (TFMS).

The support team provides technical and functional expertise to the TFMS Program Manager and users to ensure timely monthly and yearly closures of financial activities within TFMS, transition of functional configuration issues to the appropriate staff, and provide development and maintenance of TFMS Interfaces, Reporting requirements and System Change Requests (SCRs) Support, audit readiness support, Cybersecurity support, and Operational Environment sustainment.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Support sustainment of the Oracle Federal financials application, including all configurations, customizations, programs, reports, and databases.
• Maintain configurations and manage interface activity and concurrent requests for the following Oracle modules: Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Projects including Foundation and Billing, Fixed Assets, Oracle, Time and Labor, Contract Lifecycle Management and Buyer Work Center
• Responsible for implementing and supporting multiple Oracle ERP core EBS applications.
• Provide expert solutions in the Oracle ERP core EBS modules.
• Maintain Oracle configuration changes in respective application areas.
• Work with analysts, process owners and users to analyze business requirements.
• Support configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training.
• Develop test scenarios and test scripts in the impacted solutions to facilitate appropriate integrated testing.
• Administer workflow capabilities and troubleshoot user issues.
• Administer Oracle ECC capabilities and support troubleshooting issues.
• Sustain all applicable Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements
• Provide functional support to users, including analyzing and resolving daily operational issues.
• Provide technical configuration knowledge and facilitate knowledge transfer to other SMEs.
• Perform research on Oracle issues, including opening and tracking technical assistance requests and assisting with related data extractions.

Experience/Skills

• 5+ years of experience
• Two or more years' experience supporting government/DoD clients; experience with requirements and software testing
• Experience with configurations of Oracle EBS Financials modules
• Experience with G-Invoicing
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)

Education

• BA/BS degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
