Travel Nurse (RN) Tele (Telemetry) Job at Emerald Health Services
Emerald Health Services is hiring a Travel RN - MS/Tele 6
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- OH or Multi State License
- 2 years of Med Surg/Tele experience
- At least 1 travel assignment completed
- Must be able to identify lethal rhythms
- NIHSS
- ACLS
- BLS
- Must be at least 60 miles from ANY UH facility
Other Details:
- No block scheduling requests, unless for Weekends Only (that will be considered, but not necessarily approved)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
Required - BLS ACLS NIHSS
Must be able to identify lethal rhythms
2 YEARS OF MED SURG/TELE EXPERIENCE
Ratios of 1:6 but can go up to 1:7/8
MILEAGE REQUIREMENT: Candidate must be at least 60 miles from ANY UH facility to qualify for Travel Rate. Candidates within 60 miles will qualify for Local Rate. To ensure your candidate meets the requirements, please ensure candidate is not 60 miles from any of the following 4 facilities: UH Portage (Ravenna, OH), UH Elyria (Elyria, OH), UH Samaritan (Ashland, OH), UH Conneaut (Conneaut, OH) regardless of facility candidate will be working.

Valid State License (required at time of submission) – Single State OH or Multi State License required. (OH to become part of the compact January 1, 2023).

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).Estimated Weekly Rate: $2304.72 per week
