Training Manager Job at ITTrail Blazers
Looking for 9+ years of experience in providing onsite and remote training.
Job Summary:
- Create and periodically refresh training and educational materials in various formats such as posters, bulletins, electronic, power-point presentations, etc.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training for all levels of staff, including executives.
Duties:
- Creating new training material and presentations
- Conducting in-person and remote trainings
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in training methodologies and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage the audience
- Proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of EEO, DEI, and/or fair housing matters a plus
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
