Your Role:
The Training Coordinator, K3 Facility, will independently design and implement a departmental on-the-job training program from the ground up to build knowledge and skills for new equipment and processes required to support the new K3 membrane flow facility at the Sheboygan Falls, WI site. The Training Coordinator, K3 will independently make decisions or significantly influence the development of the program, instructional design, timing, sustainability, and integration of the 4-stage proficiency model. Additionally, they will transition the initial training into a sustainable and compliant program.This role will play a critical role in core leadership decisions for the K3 start up curve, to increase production capabilities through new hire and transfer proficiency, while balancing the learning experience against compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • This position will be interfacing with equipment and processes to align best practice to training delivery, while identifying critical troubleshooting solutions to maintain productivity
  • Drive and manage the on-the-job training system for membrane operations, maintenance, QA and QC, through the development and implementation of the integrated speed to training independence proficiency model
  • Oversee the successful execution of training delivery and tracking methods and processes through administration of HR4YOU, SharePoint, SpeachMe and department training guides
  • Support the continuous development and management of the site Qualified Trainer program and align learning and compliance needs equally
  • HR4YOU Administration for membrane operations
  • Department Training Guide Development and Management
  • Capital Equipment Training Management, Coordination and Execution
  • Align membrane on-the-job training system to local and global best practices
  • SpeachMe video management & administration
  • Mango document coordination
  • Leverage communication tools to integrate effective use of organizational and site training tools and resources for membrane production
  • Annual department curriculum review and update program
  • New hire orientation and on-boarding support and transition
  • Membrane SOP development and alignment to production and support training
  • HR Job description alignment to LMS learning plans for membrane production and support roles
  • Maintain a close relationship with engagement and diversity and inclusion teams
  • A balance of in-person, mobile and virtual work capability will be essential to the flexible nature of this position to support a variety of training needs across all shifts

Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Training or Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or other organizational training degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in training or organizational development design, change management, and/or project management
  • Technical aptitude to understand processes and technical/mechanical components and ability to effectively translate into training curriculum
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 360, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Adobe programs and instructional design software such as Captivate, Storyline, etc. to support training communication needs
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
  • Ability to navigate site software programs such as SAP
  • Software and web design or administration capability
  • Ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion
  • Team Player with professional and pleasant attitude and collaborative work style
  • Proven organizational skills: ability to multi-task with high attention to quality, detail and follow through
