DEPARTMENT: ACUTE CARE - VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS (ED, ICU, CCU, MedSurg, OR, and Telemetry)

We are looking for Registered Nurses to work in our Award-winning top US ACUTE CARE Hospitals.

This position will be direct hire and contract based. The ideal candidate will be responsible, professional, and reliable, with the ability to provide exceptional patient care with little supervision. You will be expected to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. Must be able to work well with all Medical personnel.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and care for patient’s conditions, and assess their Medical needs to ensure their overall safety and wellbeing.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms; communicate and record findings to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and update patients’ chart.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
• Provide prompt care in Medical emergencies.
• Assist surgeons during operations and procedures.
• Promote a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
• Expand personal knowledge and capabilities by attending periodic paid educational workshops, training conferences and seminars.

COMPETENCIES:

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse OR Passed NCLEX-RN exam.
• Excellent knowledge of Nursing care methods and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
• A team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills

EDUCATION:

• Associate Degree or BS in Nursing
• Valid Nursing License

PHYSCIAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift and transport patients
• Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods'
