**Quick Service and Lube Technician**

Boyd Chevrolet Buick GMC of Emporia, VA is looking to hire an experienced Quick Service and Lube Technician.

**Service Operations are CLOSED Saturdays and Sundays**

Duties Include:

- Parking and Securing Vehicle on Lift

- Change Oil and Filter

- Perform Complete Vehicle Inspections including, Brakes, Belts, Hoses, Filters, Tires, Fluid Levels, and Other Maintenance Items.

- Complete Digital Multi-Point Checklist for Documentation

- Test Battery

- Rotate Tires, Repair Tires, Mount and Balance Tires

- Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment

- Report All Additional Service Recommendations to Service Advisors

- Properly Protect Vehicle While and Ensure No Smudges or Fingerprints When Returning to Customer

- Complete Factory Service and Safety Training

- Assist in Shop: Cleaning, Organizing, Helping Techs as Needed

Skills Required:

- Physically Able to Lift and Carry Tires

- Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment

- Work Well with Team Members

- Basic Knowledge of Automobile Systems

- Experience in Automotive Maintenance Service
