We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team in Henrietta, NY. Looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record, who enjoys a fast paced, energetic work environment. Must be passionate about training and developing your people, and a go-getter who likes to win. You would be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest and crew experience while driving sales growth and demonstrating your ability to deliver on financial results. You should expect to work 45-50 hours a week and our primary business is in the morning- this is a great fit for restaurant managers who are looking for the best of both worlds, Restaurant management and home for dinner and life outside of work! We get it- restaurants and life outside of work are hard to balance! We have the best manager schedule in the industry. shifts typically are 5am-3pm, 10 hours in length, 5 days a week.

Salary and Compensation:

  • Salary beginning at $55,000 and negotiable based on experience
  • Option for competitive hourly rate with overtime if preferred
  • Manager Compensation includes 3 weeks paid vacation annually, competitive Medical/Dental/Vision plans, 401k with match
  • Competitive Bonus Plan

Requirements:

  • Management experience in a restaurant/quick service environment required.
  • Responsible for developing talent and building bench strength.
  • Advocate for developing high potential employees for progression to the next level.
  • Understands the importance of delivering high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
  • Responsible for driving sales and transactions through drive thru efficiency and salesmanship behaviors.
  • Stays current on all company policies and new promotions.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and can think on your feet.
  • Must be willing, able and confident to help in any aspect of service for our restaurant.
  • Great attitude, self-motivated and problem solving abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high volume, fast paced atmosphere.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
