WSCRYSTAL is a start-up company headquartered in Willowbrook, Illinois. We are a young, ambitious, passionate, and small (but growing!) team. You are invited to work with us to create a brand-new online sales model on TikTok! This position is perfect for those who like to blaze new trails and try out something all-new, albeit slightly challenging.

There is an afternoon shift(12 pm-2 pm, 4 pm-7 pm) and a night shift position(7 pm-9 pm). This is not a remote job. You are required to go to our Willowbrook office for the live. The pay is $ 25/hour and you will be paid every two weeks.

You MUST be able to do the 4pm-7pm or 7pm -9 pm shift to sign up for other shifts.

Your duties:

• To promote crystal products in a friendly and professional fashion

• To interact with the audience and create a cheerful and exciting atmosphere for the Livestream

• To provide the audience with general guidance with questions and inquiries

Your qualifications:

• You are very responsible and reliable.

• You possess solid communication and sales skills: You are good at communicating with customers. Based on an instant and accurate understanding of customers' needs, you do well at recommending suitable products and facilitating their purchases.

• You are talkative and comfortable with being on camera: You are an expressive, humorous, and confident individual. You are considerate of the needs and communicate with the customer with initiative.

• You are dedicated and hardworking: It is not an easy task to host sales live with a good revenue result. It takes a lot of studying, reviewing, and practicing to polish your performance up to an acceptable level. We will offer you the necessary coaching, but your initiative to learn and adapt is a great part of the process.

• You speak good oral English.

No college/university degree is required to apply, everyone with a high school diploma and good sales skills is more than welcome!
