- Who is super patient with students and super nice interacting with middle school and high school students.
- Willing to commit at least 5 years.
- Who may have a full time job and career and still utilize time on the weekend or even during evenings to help young high school students to achieve their goals and dreams to become a professional Software Engineer at Big Techs and many other industry-leading companies.
- Has graudated from the following Top 10 Universities with Computer Science or Computer Engineering Degrees with at least 5-10 years of Coding Experiences:
1. MIT; 2. Stanford; 3. CalTech; 4. Yale; 5. Harvard; 6. Princeton; 7. UPenn; 8. UC Berkeley; 9. Carnegie Mellon; 10. UMichigan Ann Arbor
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and abilities to work independently.
- Most professional.
- Highest standards of integrity and work ethics.
- Good understanding of various Industries worked in the past
- Who has mastered computer programs such as Pythons, C#, C++, Java and other popular programs for Fintech, Healthcare, IT, Manufacturing and many other Industries in need
