The Warehouse at C.C. Creations, the largest Aggie merchandise facility in the world, is hiring an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER to join an ambitious and growing team. An Assistant Store Manager leads the Sales Associates in providing exceptional customer service while motivating them to achieve store productivity goals. Employees at C.C. Creations must be highly motivated, provide exceptional customer service, and act as an essential component of the positive and respectful work environment.

What will you do as The Warehouse Assistant Store Manager?*
- Supervise Sales Associates, Sales Leads, Stockers, Fold Crew, and Tent Team
- Assist with training and development for staff
- Assist with monitoring, addressing, and documenting staff performance
- Assist with planning opportunities to re-train staff when necessary
- Monitor in-store customer experience
- Assist with in-store promotions and events
- Perform daily floor walks
- Ensure all pricing, signage, and displays are correct
- Oversee and authorize customer returns, exchanges, check authorizations, and employee sales
- Perform as a Sales Lead, Sales Associate, or other team member when necessary
- Provide supervision during all Texas A&M home football game days
- Provide weekend coverage when necessary
- Prioritize, plan, and adjust staffing schedule to maximize sale efficiency
- Oversee recruitment needs
- Collaborate with the Director and HR to oversee the hiring process
- Ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures

Additional Requirements:*
- 2 years of retail store management experience
- Point of sale, cash handling, and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new computer-based programs and software
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear directions to staff
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to walk and stand on concrete floors for long periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
- Ability to exercise discretion when necessary
- Motivation to be a team player with a service-oriented mindset
