Test Manager Job at Xator Corporation
Xator Corporation is seeking a Test Manager – Senior to support a large multi-million dollar Army program in Fort Belvior, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of managing and executing testing process providing a single point of contact for this functional area.
- Develop test plan and procedures to ensure successful verification of system requirements.
- Create a test infrastructure that supports robust communication and a cost effective testing framework that supports system reliability, availability and maintainability requirements.
- Supervise test and evaluation technical effort for development and first article testing, environmental testing, independent verification and validation, demonstration and validation, simulation and modeling, system safety, quality assurance, education and training, and physical testing of the system..
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field with at least 6 or more years of prior relevant experience.
- Six (6) to Nine (9) years of related experience.
Clearance Required:
- Possess a current Secret clearance or above.
- Must be a US Citizen, without Dual Citizenship
