Job Description Job Summary & Essential Functions: Provide test engineering for facility. Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staffPerform analysis and troubleshooting of product when not functioning to specificationsDevelop testing proceduresPerform test equipment and fixture design responsibilitiesPerform maintenance resolution on testing procedures and test equipmentAnalyze customer requirements and develop testing proceduresAdhere to General Requirements of Team MembersResponsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.Perform other assignments associated with test and test department as required Skills & Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications: Meet all the KSA’s of Associate Test Engineer: Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principlesKnowledge of basic manufacturing test processesTroubleshooting analysis and problem-solving abilityProficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is criticalRequired: able to read and interpret engineering drawings including specifications and schematicsPrior experience with an ISO environments is desiredDemonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish prioritiesUnderstanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing desiredWorking knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft ProjectFlexible with high energy, able to handle multiple tasks smoothly & effectivelyKnowledge of Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) thermal, vibration, humidity desiredRequired Experience/Education/Training/Certifications: BSEE or BSEET degree from accredited school2+ years experienceLicenses, Certifications, etc.: None Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
