Temporary Data Entry Clerk Job at Spherion Staffing Svc
Local company in Dade City, FL has an urgent need for a 2 month project, Part-Time or Full-Time Temporary Data Entry Clerk. Looking to start next week!
Company is seeking a responsible, professional, and driven candidate who has a high attention to detail when entering information accurately into company database.
MON – FRI | 8:00AM-4:30PM | Part-Time or Full-Time *Flexible with hours between those times*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers
- Scanning documents
- Uploading documents into their software
- Assisting with renaming/relabeling all uploaded scanned documents in their software, confirming documents are accurate
- Enter information into Excel spreadsheets and create new spreadsheets as needed
- Assist with maintaining and update filing, inventory, mailing, and documents in a client-tracking database
- Review and match invoices coming in prior to filing accordingly in proper location
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to Type 30+wpm
- 2-3 years of experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
