As a teller, each day you will focus on greeting and welcoming members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate, and efficient member transactions. You will establish member relationships by understanding their evolving needs and providing solutions for the right products and services. As a teller, you will perform member requests including all teller related transactions, vault related transactions, and member service transactions. This position proactively presents, explains, and sells Credit Union services and products to members and assists in meeting their financial needs. They assist members in establishing a full-service account with the Credit Union and acts as a support to the Member Advisor/ New Accounts team by welcoming new members to the Credit Union and assisting with the setup of electronic services.
