Company Overview: CRA Telecom is a Holyoke Massachusetts based company founded in 1999. Its primary function is providing back office Telecommunications Helpdesk support for the Telecom Agent. Our service offerings include Monthly Auditing, fulfilling MACD requests, Repair Resolution, Provisioning & Project Management. We work with many different Carries and Vendors. We support both wireless and wire-line services including Cloud based technology.
Job Responsibilities: Telecommunications Provisioning, Repair & MACD
Job Hours: 8 AM-5 PM PST or 10AM to 7 PM EST Monday through Friday
Compensation: Annual salary $50,000-$55,000
Job Description and Responsibilities: This position will focus primarily on, provisioning with some repair resolution, initial response to customer inquiries and MACD work within the wire-line space. Repair Resolution and MACD Work requires opening incidents within our Helpdesk, opening tickets with the Carrier, setting proper expectations, excellent follow through and documentation.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None at this time.
Location of Employment: REMOTE within the United States.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years’ experience within the network Telecommunications provisioning field and be proficient working in carrier portals such as Ring Central and 8 X 8. History working within the Channel, with multiple Carriers is preferred. Additional requirements are as follows:
- The ideal candidate will perform well under pressure in our fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Comfortable with basic Excel functions, email, and over-all day to day computer use.
- Professional interaction with our team members, the Agent community, Vendors and our customers.
- Ease in multitasking and a quick learner.
