2nd shift position from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, hybrid schedule

Job Details:
- Answer customer service inquiries and complaints with non-functioning parts and/or services or orders, pricing, invoicing etc, and create cases for a trained individual to follow-up on
- Ask basic questions on customer account information/issues and document in customer relationship management system
- Maintain documentation according to established guidelines as may be required by specific job responsibilities
- Assist scheduling team with requests or other department needs
Education requirement:
- Required: 2 year degree (Associate’s)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
Our Client also requires that all individuals placed on assignment in this role to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a legal exemption or an accommodation in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. An individual is considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 two weeks after either of the following: Receipt of the second dose of the two-shot series vaccine from Moderna or Pharmaceutical; or receipt of the single dose vaccine from Pharmaceutical.
