Technical Support Engineer Job at Zurich Insurance
Zurich North America is currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the IT Infrastructure & Operations team based at our office in Overland Park, KS. While this position will be based out of our Overland Park office, we are offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. You will collaborate with your manager to set a schedule that supports you, our customers, and the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Deskside and remote technical support
- Ticket management within ServiceNow
- PC deployment and setup
- Troubleshooting complex IT issues
- Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area
OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
