“I believe teaching is an important aspect of the TSM role, this person should have a great deal of patience and understanding because the issues we run into on a daily basis just develops our strength for tomorrow. Nothing is routine... You can be working on plumbing, electrical, and networking all in the same day as your scheduled to work on a pinsetter or a game.” – P. D., Technical Services Manager, Texas

“My job is to assure that the building and all equipment are up to Main Event's standards in order to exceed guest expectations. A person in my position needs to be a good leader and have great organizational skills. My proudest moment was working my way all the way up to Technical Services Manager after starting with the company 12 years ago as a Laser Tag referee. I decided to start working at Main Event because I needed a summer job out of High School and my friend recommended Main Event to me. I was hooked and ended up turning the summer job into a career.” – B. A., Technical Services Manager, Texas
