JOB SUMMARY

As a senior resource and SME, the Sr. JDE Techno-Functional Analyst will serve as a resource supporting end users and the IT staff related to JD Edwards Enterprise One. In this role you will perform business analysis, create specifications, and lead testing efforts. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can work with department stakeholders to define requirements, implement changes, and drive process improvement and support system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Participate in the development and post implementation support of JD Edwards Enterprise One.
• Provide technical analysis and problem resolution to support requests received from system users.
• Produce user documentation for applications and reports, which are developed.
• Help develop and maintain robust test environments and procedures.
• Provide technical support and mentoring for the JDE Enterprise One tools to other IT staff.
• Must be willing to work overtime as necessary for day-to-day operations and occasional weekend or after-hours coverage. Will be required to carry cell phone.
• Provide additional support to assist in any function of the Senior Support Analyst
• Perform related and unrelated duties as may be required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Math, Computer Science or engineering
• At least 3 years of senior-level experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne) systems
• Knowledge some of the following modules:
• Manufacturing, Inventory, Distribution
• Finance (AR,AP,GL) (Year-end processing, Financial reporting)
• Experience managing security, E1 Pages, OneView Reporting, Watchlists, DSI,
• JDE Administration for security, print, batch queues, performance tuning and monitoring a plus
• Research issues on Oracle support and Open support tickets with Oracle.
• Research ESU's, review and apply
• Project manage additional module implementations
