Cheese Louise is a fast-casual restaurant company specializing in artisan grilled cheese sandwiches. We have locations in Portland ME, and North Conway NH as well as three food trucks that roam the New England area. We are excited to be opening up a new location in Downtown Portsmouth this December. Our restaurant will offer counter service, a full bar with craft beer and cocktails, and seat 35-40 guests. We are looking for 5-10 fun and dedicated people to join our team! We are a team-focused company committed to providing a fun and fulfilling work environment! We also put our money where our mouth is. We guarantee that all team members working at our restaurants make at a minimum the living wage as determined by MIT's living wage calculator. In Portsmouth, the living wage is $18.43. We guarantee that if hired you will make at least $18.50 an hour as a team member.
As a team member you will be responsible for working in multiple roles including register, expo, grills and prep. We train all new team members to be able to work in all roles and then work to build a schedule that plays to each individuals strengths! As we build our team we will promote motivated team members to leadership roles within the restaurant!
Restaurant experience is not required but is a great asset.
