Responsible for attracting, hiring and retaining the highest quality staff. Coordinate the full life cycle of recruitment. Monitor and address a variety of staffing issues, including effective sourcing, screening, interviewing and testing selection procedures. This recruiter will handle all recruitment for our nursing home in Staten Island recruiting for positions ranging from clinical staff, administrative staff, and facility operations.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
