Table Games Dealer
Pay: $15.74 base pay + Tips (varies) = $27.25 per hour
General Position Summary: Deals and controls a variety of table games as assigned. Ensures that game(s) are dealt and collections taken in accordance with policies and procedures.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Conducts game according to department procedures and Class III Regulations
- Manages and maintains cash and chips
- Collects and distributes cash and chips to customers
- Controls pace of game
- Notifies Floor supervisor of any irregularities noted in customer play or other transactions during shift/push
- Individual games will be dealt and operated according approved to approved policies and procedure
- Promotes Clearly Superior Customer Service
- Other duties as deemed necessary
Specific Job Skills:
- Must be able to deal black jack and all other card games offered on the gaming floor
- Ability to deal Roulette and Craps preferable
- Demonstrates good math skills
- Ability to follow directions, instructions and implement tasks as given
- Excelled oral and auditory skills
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED required. Previous dealing experience or formal training course completion required
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs. while standing or bending. Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Manual and finger dexterity is a requirement.
