Responsibilities:
The Systems Integrator (SI)/Executive Officer (EXO) provides direct support to the Center's Chief of Operations, three Deputy Chiefs of Operations, the staffs within the OPS team, and will work closely with the Chief of Staff, and Executive Assistants (EAs) to support the operations-centric, cyber mission. The SI serves as a trusted advisor to the Front Office (FO) COPS staff, responsible for managing the Staff's check-in/check-out process; space management and utilization across multiple locations; and assisting the Chief of Staff with special projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Direct support/assistance to COPS/DCOPS; includes schedule management and de-confliction
- Coordination of meetings and collecting/providing background and preparation information, as needed, for Senior Leadership
- Management of taskings/actions assigned to and by the FO to ensure complete, coordinated, and timely responses
- Preparation and coordination of presentations/briefings on a wide range of topics for a variety of audiences
- Management of the COPS' space allocation/utilization across multiple locations
- Management of the COPS' personnel arrival/departure processes and procedures via ServiceNow; and other business process workflows, as necessary
- Management of COPS team travel to include de-confliction of schedules and coordination with field personnel via cable
- Support to CoS and EAs, as required, for special projects and activities
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with minimal direction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savvy and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce-including developing artifacts appropriately tailored to meet the needs of the audience
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively across contractual and organizational boundaries
- Keen attention to detail; demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous FO and/or SI experience
- Experience coordinating across organizational boundaries
- Experience handling sensitive personnel and contractual information
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool Suite
- BS (or equivalent experience) 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Required TS/SCI w/ Poly

- Experience with Customer's cable database
- Experience with ServiceNow
