Swimming Pool Working Superintendent Job at Arizona Petite Pools LLC
We are currently seeking an experienced construction superintendent to join our team and help identify, arrange and oversee the development of small to large construction projects. Candidates for this position must have previous experience in swimming pool
construction, project management is helpful, will consider training the right individual. Plumbing and gas line experience is a definate plus! We are looking for a self-motivated professional with skills to help complete tasks independently or with a team. The individual in this position will also perform manual labor where required. Experience with construction equipment is a plus. Work location is generally Phoenix Metro, however, some sites are out of town. We provide the truck and fuel for business purposes. Pay is directly related to your construction experience. We reward our employees for good performance in the form of compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with job coordinators to keep projects moving forward.
- Perform site visits to access completed work and assess what work that needs to be done.
- Work with Sales staff at project layout and update plan preparers with changes and adjustments
- Manage in-house labor in a motovational manner to get the best organized work done efficiently.
- Keep records on equipment and vehicle service scheduling.
- Make sure worksites are clean and safe.
- Perform work as a clean cut professional in both manner and visual representation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
