Sustainment Project Eng IPT Lead / PAC-3 FMS / Arlington, TX Job at LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Sustainment Project Engineer IPT Lead to work in the Lower Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) program area in Arlington, TX.
This position will serve as the IPT Lead for the PAC-3 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract efforts for Lower Tier IAMD Sustainment Operations and is responsible for ensuring the management of contract and program efforts as defined by the program managers. Candidate will serve as the PAC-3 FMS Project Lead providing oversight and FMS insight to all aspects to include Recertification, Repair and Stockpile Reliability Test (SRT) for all FMS partner countries. The successful candidate will guide and lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for execution of FMS Services. Develop strategic plans to improve supportability, quality, and efficiency of operations. Ensure that issues regarding FMS Services are resolved in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Liaison between the Component Surveillance & Maintenance Managers and FMS Program Management.
Coordinate with PAC-3 International Program Managers to ensure fulfillment of FMS case requirements.
Planning/Strategy for FMS Services Work.
Work with Production Operations, Global Supply Chain, and Contracts to ensure timely processing of all post DD250 FMS work.
Evaluate the PAC-3 lifecycle and develop and maintain maintenance plan for FMS Partners.
Apply obsolescence and Configuration Management (CM) analyses to Foreign partner inventory and spares.
Provide recommendations related to maintenance for FMS Partners.
Evaluate maintenance requirements and develop proposal estimates.
Reports status of technical, schedule and budget performance.

Risk and Opportunity Board Participant
CAB Board Participant
Candidate will be required to develop and present status to program management.
There may be some travel.

The Locale: Arlington is part of the “Mid-Cities” region in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex which is in the North Central region of Texas. Arlington is a suburb of both Dallas and Fort Worth. The region is home to numerous colleges and universities to include University of Texas at Dallas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of North Texas, Southern Methodist University, Southern Methodist University, and Texas Woman's University. These communities include the cities of Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, HEB (Hurst, Euless and Bedford), NRH (North Richland Hills and Richland Hills), Haltom City, Watauga, and Keller, along with multiple other smaller towns such as Trophy Club and Roanoke and together represent more people than either Dallas or Fort Worth.

- Familiarity with OASAS, SAP (PRD and MPD) or similar databases
- Experience writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
- Control Account Management (CAM 101) trained and understanding of earned value management system processes and procedures.
