Career Title: ERP Support Specialist

MSI TEC, Inc is seeking a talented and driven ERP Systems Administrator who is excited to play their part in achieving our organizational growth objectives. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative and innovative team while bringing recommendations on improvements and efficiencies.

The ERP Administrator is responsible for integrating the day-to-day operational business functions, maintenance, training, and technical assistance to the end users of the ERP system. The position is Monday through Friday, daytime shift.

We provide innovative solutions through implementation of robotics, intelligent machine and motion control, device networking and remote monitoring, sensing technologies and machine safety devices. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Business Central support.
  • Log reported cases in ticket management system.
  • Coordinate cases reported internally in partnership with the team, research and finds issues’ root cause such as internal issue, data issue, training need, or Business Central support needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal systems and related datasets to help with solution design and support issues.
  • Quality tests new releases, as well as a regression test.
  • Work with team to apply and develop standards for the operation of the ERP system including:
  • Role-based security standards
  • User Management
  • Standardized Naming conventions
  • License management
  • Manage change management processes and controls for code deployments and configuration changes.
  • ERP Roadmap
  • Develop and execute application update strategy for all modules of ERP and communicate to stakeholders.
  • Training
  • Work with the department leads to create, maintain, and update step-by-step processes and guidelines for users to use as training material and documentation.
  • Keep documentation and team member training material up to date.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2–5-year experience working with and/or developing, supporting, or administering an ERP system, preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
  • Experience with business tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Teams.
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness and desire to work as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and focus on process improvements are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively deliver on commitments and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

  • $65,000 - $72,000/annual
