Supply Chain Manager Job at Wake Technical Community College
This position is responsible for providing effective instruction for assigned courses.

Instructs and guides the class in an efficient and effective manner
Maintains accurate records of student work and attendance
Prepares thoroughly for each instructional hour
Maintains a safe and orderly learning environment
Grades and returns student work in a timely manner
Counsel students regarding their grades and progress in the course
Construct classroom materials that support the goals of the course
Remains up to date on technology and methods of teaching with technology
Uses assessment techniques to improve learning and teaching
Assists with establishing goals and objectives for the course
Attends professional development opportunities when possible
Attends faculty meetings
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to teach seated and/or online classes as assigned.
Computer skills using basic functions of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and Outlook
Ability to use a wide variety of teaching methods to promote learning.
Ability to teach both seated and online courses.
Be innovative, creative, and motivated
Ability to exhibit good interpersonal skills and work well with others
Ability to maintain records accurately and be able to meet deadlines consistently
Ability to complete EPIC training
Knowledge of and facility with technology and software including, computers, and web-based resources such as Blackboard
Ability to perform normal duties with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrates resourcefulness, initiative, enthusiasm, and a sincere interest in helping students reach their maximum potential
Ability to learn ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field from a regionally accredited institution
Five years industry experience in the Supply Chain Management field
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field from a regionally accredited institution
Three years of industry experience in the Supply Chain Management field
Community College teaching experience
Online teaching experience
Involvement in professional logistics and/or supply chain management organizations
Professional Certification(s)
