Job Responsibilities:

• Build part and labor estimates as requested.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain accurate quotes and ETA's.
• Communicate information to Procurement staff for order placement.
• Track orders of all parts in a timely manner to meet all customer SLA's.
• Communicate and remedy any incorrect parts or supplies to procurement and shops in a timely manner.
• Update accurate info in our systems/tools including but not limited to AS400, RPP, and Microsoft office.
• Maintain neat and orderly workspace.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrates urgency around activities that drive the business
  

Experience:

• Experience in installing automotive parts preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of bodywork, frame damage and minor mechanical repairs.
• Experience with All Data, Mitchell, OE or aftermarket parts programs.
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer focused with strong attention to detail.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Ability to lift 1 - 15 pounds
• Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks.

• Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  

Work Environment :

• Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Exposure to noise, dust, fluids, vehicle fumes, odors, mechanical and electrical shock hazards.
  

Moderate noise level.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Advanced computer software skills necessary.
• Must be able to use general office equipment
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
